Ni’Cole Marsh is CEO and Founder, and lead therapist. A Native Washingtonian with a niche for serving and advocating in the community. She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Counseling. Licensed in the District of Columbia, Ni’Cole has a passion for endorsing psychotherapy and addressing mental health needs.
Ni’Cole has worked in the mental health field for 20 years and held positions as a case manager, clinical supervisor, residential counselor, the school system, outpatient clinics, group counselor, Program Manager.
Ni’Cole has experience working with families, adolescents, and adults experiencing crisis in the community within diverse backgrounds. She has experience treating clients with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, ADHD, and Co-Occurring Disorders.
Ni’Cole’s uses therapeutic orientation and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered and Integrative Approach to address individual therapy and systematic approaches for couples and families.
